John Everyman has left a message for his new landlord. Whether in the hopes that he can prevent the disasters to come, or provide a necessary extraction in case things get hairy, it contains a list of all the disasters John expects to occur within the next few days. Owing to his flawless journalistic sense, they all happen.

It is written in a peculiar way, however. The specifics of the aftermaths are put in bold, underlined, etc. Someone who can read behind the lines, and who had a very cynical disposition, might believe that they read rather more like instructions rather than predictions.

Luckily, the Man in the Street has only the best interests of Genessia at heart.
